The Lady’s Heart Organization was honored to participate in the 62nd Session of the Subsidiary Bodies (SB62) in Bonn, Germany. Our engagement focused on following key conversations around gender and clean energy, themes that are at the heart of our community-driven work in Kenya.

We listened, learned, and contributed to discussions on how gender-responsive approaches can strengthen the global transition to clean energy while ensuring that women and vulnerable groups are not left behind. The insights gained reaffirmed the importance of our work with teen mothers in producing affordable, energy-saving stoves that reduce deforestation and provide green livelihood opportunities.

Our participation at SB62 also created opportunities for networking and building partnerships with organizations equally committed to advancing inclusive climate action. We return inspired to continue bridging global policy dialogues with local solutions that transform lives and conserve the environment.
